Most often, we post about the technologies that we use in our work – Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE), Cranio-Electro Stimulation (CES), transcranial DC Stimulation (tDCS) and Microcurrent Electrotherapy (MET), but we also like to share interesting articles we come across about the brain, mental health, how physical fitness helps keep our brains young, wellbeing, etc. We want people to be using our devices along with eating healthily, getting exercise, and using good sleep hygiene, along with other wellness activities.

Tip Tuesday! When using Brain Booster session # 5 on the DAVID Delight Plus or DAVID Delight Pro, visualize feeling your best during the first half (alpha). Then visualize your perfect performance during the second half (beta) of the session. During the visualization, think about obstacles you will come up against and how you plan to overcome them. Think about how you will feel when you overcome your obstacles and reach your goal. Actually visualizing every step of the way is as important as visualizing the end result.
