I think it is important for an athletes to make sure that they take care of themselves, Fitness can help your brain by fighting depression and anxiety. Get proper rest, sleep, nutrition and get the proper training they need for their sport. It is imperative that they know the signs of over use and injury and take the necessary steps and see a doctor if they have an issue. Enjoyed reading it. Thanks for your share.
